I understand - life is often unpredictable. I respectfully request 48-hours of notice for all cancellations. Failure to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 30% fee. There is a 15 minute grace period and late fee will apply if service is still performed. Failure to cancel an appointment or “no show” will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
